- Photos and images you provide. When you upload or capture a photo of a room to generate a redesign, that image is processed to produce your result. Images are used only to deliver the design feature you requested.
- Generated designs. The redesigned images the app creates for you.
- Account information. If you sign in, we may store an identifier and your email address to manage your account and subscription.
- Purchase information. Subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation of your purchase status but never your full payment card details.
- Usage and device data. Basic analytics and diagnostics (app version, device model, operating system, crash logs) to keep the app stable and improve features.
How We Use Your Information
- To generate interior-design images from the photos you submit.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the app's features.
- To manage your account, subscriptions, and customer support requests.
- To diagnose crashes and improve performance and reliability.
How Your Photos Are Processed
Your photos are sent to our secure cloud servers and/or trusted third-party AI processing providers solely to generate your requested design. Photos are not used to train third-party models without your consent, and are not sold. Uploaded images and generated results may be cached temporarily to deliver the service and are deleted on a rolling basis.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Service providers that host our infrastructure and perform AI image processing on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
- App stores (Apple, Google) for purchases and subscription management.
- Legal authorities where required by applicable law.
Data Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
