Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Homi AI - AI Interior Design ("Homi AI", "the app"), provided by Furia App Studio. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use Homi AI.

The Service

Homi AI lets you upload a photo of a room and uses artificial intelligence to generate redesigned interior-design images and suggestions. Generated results are for inspiration and personal use; they are not architectural, structural, or professional design advice.

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of the photos you upload ("Your Content").
  • You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the design features you request.
  • You confirm that you have the right to upload any photo you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
  • Do not upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

Generated Results

Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, you may use the designs generated for you for personal and commercial purposes. AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies and are provided "as is".

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings. Payments are subject to the applicable app store's terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including reverse-engineering it, overloading our systems, or using it to create harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.

Intellectual Property

The app, its software, branding, and design (excluding Your Content) are owned by Furia App Studio and protected by law.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated designs will meet your expectations or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furia App Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
