How does Homi AI work?

Take or upload a photo of a room, choose a style, and Homi AI generates a redesigned version of the space using artificial intelligence.

My design didn't generate or looks wrong. What can I do?

Make sure you have a stable internet connection and that the photo clearly shows the room. If the problem continues, email us with the photo, your device model, and the app version so we can help.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your app store account:

• iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies. We're happy to guide you through the process.
